I appreciate fast food workers but this is the exact reason why your wages won?t increase. Simple tasks can?t even be... accomplished, such as ringing up a gift card. If you hand an employee a BK gift card they look at you like it?s their worstnightmare. This place is consistently BAD! If it's not long waits because they literally help one person at a time, I mean If you are the... second car in line, they will not even let you order until the first car has received food. So the line is long more often thannot. There is a good possibility your order will be wrong or just made poorly! I have used this place 8 times and I can honestlysay it has been ok twice. The Ann and Simmons location is worth the drive! Positvie to this one, Good location, just lacking inevery other aspect. These people have the store closed without any signage indicating that their dining room is closed though amongst a whole lot of... vehicles. This burger king has got to be the worst experience I?ve had at a Burger King considering most of the employees were all young... and enjoyed lounging around on the rails and shouting to communicate with the workers in the back which was very disruptive.They all acted as if they were in their own home and made themselves more than comfortable. Worst burger king to go to. Every single time I come, they either miss something in my order, or it is incorrectly prepared. The... drive thru wait is completely ridiculous. Almost a 30 minute wait to get out of it. I tried ordering ahead and it was still a 10minute wait on my food after arriving a little under 5 minutes later than the expected time to ensure my food would be done.They rarely have the drinks I usually get (dr pepper and sprite) and their food looks really dark as if they need to changetheir oil. Order impossible burger yesterday nov 10, 22, @ 5pm. I woke up around midnight Vomiting for hours cross contamination my theory.... Called she asked what do you want us to do ?
