This is the second time I?ve received BURNED / OLD food from this location. I?ve talked to the manager regarding the previous... incident but all that he offered was an apology. You would think with the amount money you pay for an item on top of THE LENGTHOF TIME you have to WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU that they would take the time the serve freshly prepared food or at the least, foodthat is not burned. Only opened at 6am, and I was there about 730am and the whole restaurant looked like it was never cleaned, nothing stocked and... the food was luke warm. Read more

I've been to this location many times and this was one of my best experiences. The wait time was a little long but not terrible... The staff I interacted with were friendly, smiling and willing to help. Jordan was working his butt off and the entire timesmiling. Had the Ghost Pepper Whopper. Wasn't as hot as I expected but it's a tasty burger. Read more

Drive through went from good to painfully slow in the last 6 months. Usually takes in excess of 5 minutes to process ONE drive... through order on many days. With 5-6 cars in front of you...yeah, that's about 30 minutes to get your "fast food"! If you canget faster service from a sit down restaurant, I'd say that's unacceptable here. Maybe there?s a lot of turnover & newbies butthen they need to close a drive through lane or something so people can choose to go elsewhere if there's any sort of line &someone's in a hurry. Not sure what happened to this BK but they are now extreamly slow. 2 of the last 3 times I tried the drive through I had to... just back up and leave because the line didn't move for almost 10 minutes. The one time I made it through it took 20 minutesfrom the time I ordered to the time I got my food. Going inside didn't really speed up the time to get food. At least the foodhas always been good and the employees are friendly. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience and horrible service. After waiting 3 minutes to place my order in drive-thru, I pulled up to... the window and an employee opened the window and I said "Nobody took my order". He said "Oh, we were getting things in order". Ithen gave him my order. After waiting at the window for over 7 minutes an employee opens the window and asks me if I haveeverything. I said "No... you haven't given me my food". So he asked what I ordered and I told him. Then I waited another 5minutes and was handed my food. When I got home (which was only a two minute ride to my house) the fries were cold and had anold dried up hash brown in it. I then called the restaurant and asked for the manager, who was Andrew. While ccomplaining, hehung the phone up on me! So I got in my car and drove there to get my money back. I told Andrew I was calling the Corporateoffice in the morning and he said, "I don't care". I told him I know because the service and quality of food shows. He thenshouted "I don"t care about YOU!". Yeah, "You" is the customer. DO NOT EAT HERE. I hope they have cleaned up their establishment. I doubt I?ll go this one again. I let them know it needed some attention.

Worst place ever. Then after wasting gas in the first place the don?t bother to answer the phone or they pick up and hang up. So... sad this is how business is conducted. For the record this is just a normal whopper or at least this is what they sell. $50worth of food in the trash. Will never return let alone eat at Burger King again. Read more
