All Burger King's feel like an abusive relationship that I keep going back to expecting something different each time I go... through the drive through. Not sure how Burger King is still in business with the horrible staff manning ALLLLL locations in LasVegas. The list of complaints Forgot half of my order, gave us cold food. Came here to get my son a burger, and ended up getting food for myself as well. My son's burger was nice. Our fries, were very... cold. Then I opened my impossible whopper, and I could swear the patty had been sitting for at least half a day. It was cold,dry, and had the consistency of a wafer. Read more

Went thru the drive thru. Only 1 car in front. But I noticed we were just sitting there for about 5 minutes which is a eternity... if you know what I mean. So I decided to back up and go inside. Worst mistake I ever made. Ordered the Texas double whopper. Ittook 19 minutes for me to say anything because there were other patrons in front of me. But I counted 19 sandwiches under theheat lamp and no one was receiving their order. When the gentleman in front of me started complaining its been over 20 minutesthe manager yells out 1 chicken sandwich. That's when I blew! The gentleman standing with me for 20 minutes order was nevermade. So I asked the employee for a refund and she said she don't even know how to do that. So I waited for the manager.
