Food was ready when arrived, still somewhat hot ????, burgers was awesome
Experience no t only once but several times Very poor customer service, too much demand and business to the point where... employees loose focus of how a good customer service should be for EVERY single customer individually regardless of how busythey are. My usual is wings with Buffalo dry seasoning and 9 out of 10 times my wings are dry and VERY poor seasoned to thepoint that I ALWAYS have to BUY extra seasoning on the side. Not fair that because of their lack of carenes preparing the foodright I STILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA to make my food the way it should be in the first place. There was a 30 min wait at 5 pm on Sunday because of low staffing, not their fault. No wait for the bar. Our server was nice and... attentive. Food was as expected. The carrots on the other hand left something to be desired, the outside was very dry, maybepoor storage? Read more
My family and I went for an early dinner. The service was horrible. Our waitress looked sloppy. We ordered an appetizer that... came after everyone started eating their meal. My food was the last to be delivered and by time I got my food it was cold andeveryone at my table was done eating. I would not recommend this location. I can see why it has 3.8 stars . Read more
The wings were good. Like other establishment. But the service was horrible. They were not busy and we got seated right away.... But from there it took forever to get our order and the waiter hardely ever stopped by. Someone besides our waiter dropped offour food but didnt provide dressing, utensils and extra plates as we ordered the bigger amount that all came in one tray. We hadto flag a random waiter to ask for them and more drinks. It looked like the table next to us was having the same issues. By theend they all looked super annoyed. Read more
Horrible customer service. From welcoming in, to seating us, to taking our order, waiting for someone to look at the table to... bring us the check. Just not great. Maybe a bad time if the day. Not coming here again and I don’t like leaving bad reviews. Read more
I came here 6-8-2021 and I just realized looking at one of my other review sights , that I forgot to include mine here . So... here it is . I've eaten at a couple different locations in Vegas and one in Oregon . I'm not much of a fan , but my son anddaughter-in-law like them . Tonight the Golden Knights were playing and the parking lot was full , so we thought we were goingto have to wait a long time for a table , but it was only like 15 minutes , nice ! When we came to the door they had a sign ,no traditional wings due to shortage , which of course is what I wanted . To compensate they were running the Thursday Specialof Buy One Get One Free Boneless , which is what my son and daughter-in-law like . We got 2 appetizers , Dirty Dubs Tots andEverything Pretzel Knots . Both were good , but the Dirty Dubs Tots tasted a little better in Oregon . The Pretzel Knots weresoft and warm . We got 15 Boneless Wings and 15 free . So we got 4 different sauces on the 20 wings and 10 plain wings with 2dipping sauces . Mango Habanero was the best one . Mild Buffalo was next , Asian Zing , Sweet Bbq , Honey Bbq , and we didn'tlike the Lemon Pepper Sauce . I personally didn't care for either Bbq and I love Bbq . Habanero and Buffalo is the way to go. My son also got Potato Wedges and they came plain and no ketchup . They were small also , not big like Jack in the Box withcheese and bacon on them . He liked them okay , but I found them disappointing and almost needed to be cooked a little longer. We got a chocolate cake with ice cream since my daughter-in-law was celebrating a small victory . It was really rich withchunks of chocolate . The vanilla ice cream was good with a little chocolate drizzle on it . We had Rewards Points for theDirty Dub Tots , so nice to get that for free . It was great, first time going, 4:of us shared appetizer plate and toys with bacon and cheese! Amazing. 2 of is got boneless... wings with fries to take home . Sever and service was outstanding. We all ordered Pepsi and too much carbonation and our servertook our soda back and brought us fresh ones. Chicken was really good,just right amount of breading and lots of sauces to choosefrom. Appetizer plate with onion rings , monzarella sticks, nachoes and onion rings were amazing. Tots were crispy and wellseasoned. Read more
