My family and I went last Sunday. It was our first time and awhile and we never went to location. The only i reason I went... because it had good reviews. The front lady has really good customer skills. She was nice and sat us down quickly. Our waitresswas superb. She was nice and always attentive. At other locations we always got horrible service and the reason we stopped goingaltogether to any bbw locations for years. But we had a absolute great time. Read more

We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, that was really good. Then we ordered the 20 traditional wings & 20 boneless wings with... fries, and when it was brought out, the boneless wings and fries were cold! I told our server and she took it back and said,she'd have them redone and brought out asap, mind you, we had already been waiting 40 minutes for our food. When they broughtback the food, 30 more minutes had already passed! Our server said the manager was aware and would be by to talk to us. We hadto ask for drinks constantly because our server kept forgetting to get our drinks. No manager ever showed up, and we got a 15%discount, I'm assuming that was our apology. Purchased these French fries which were about $10 with the addition of Hatch queso and bacon bits. Not only is the cheese non... existent but the fries were stale. We ordered 25 wings plus 2 orders of fries and everything was cold. Over all the food wasgarbage. Super disappointed. Read more

Placed an order and they forgot my fries! I called to speak to a manager because obviously I paid for the fries. She verbally... said she'd give me a credit next time. I went back again hoping for a better experience. I asked for the large fry again andthey gave me the additional fry. Once I got home and looked in the container the fry was really a kiddie fry and to make thingsworse the fries were hard and overcooked! They literally looked like something from the bottom of a grease trap! I will nevervisit this location again. I can't believe you looked at those fries and decided they would suffice. Read more

The food here has always been the same as any other Buffalo Wild Wings so pretty good. Unfortunately though many times I've been... picking up to-go orders and if they are barely busy I've had to wait up to an hour before! Dinning in is slightly better but itdoes get busy and the wait times do suffer. I try to avoid coming to this location specifically if possible. Also they are VERYanti-gun and if walk in with one holstered on you or they know that you have one concealed somehow they will tell you to go putit in your car or they will not let you eat there! It's their right as a company to do this but I highly disagree especiallywhen it is 100% legal! Read more

Good service and friendly staff, The food quality of the boneless wings not so much, I had order different combos of boneless... wings and they all were the same quality, The pieces of chicken had too much breading and not enough of chicken in them. Theywere extra crispy and the sauce when tossed was not surrounding the entire chicken.. other than that good service.. Read more

Shopping in the Centennial area and stopped for dinner. We are a family of 5 and we were seated instantly. Very busy, mostly... take out orders. Food was fresh and very good, it did take a while to come out. To be fair they looked to be running shortstaffed, but props to our server for her hustle! Order came just like we ordered, additional wait on some boneless wings but itwas only 10 minutes or so. Plenty of TV screens with multiple sports going on. We frequent this location as pick up often. Like 2 times per month. We decided to dine in today. We had to wait about 10 minutes... for our server to come take our drink order. Waited for longer to have our food order taken. Our son's wings came out. THEN ourappetizer. Then my food. Then my husband's. My husband's was wrong. He didn't even eat it. We had to ask a different server tofind ours. The manager came over and sort of apologized. Said that's company policy to bring food out as it cooks. Sounds to melike the kitchen needs a lesson in time management so a table's food comes out together. We then had to find our server AFTER wesaid we were done and wanted our bill. 10 minutes later, we find him. Again, the manager kind of apologized. We'll be going to adifferent location from now on.
