It used to be good a few years ago, but the quality of service has definitely declined. Last few times hasn't been good at all.

Having been to Hawaii, I'm a big fan of shaved ice. This place is a great place for any kind of flavor you can dream up. The... staff are great and fun to talk to. My family and I have been driving pass this place for over a year and finally decided to give them a try and to our surprise it... was the best decision we made today. I ordered the dream cream shaved ice with vanilla ice cream on the bottom (as shown in thepicture) My wife ordered the Firecracker Pop which has a bonus popsicle with the cup of shaved ice. My son ordered the GummyBear which was probably my 2nd favorite and my daughter ordered the Tropical Blue which was my least favorite. Overall, It's alittle pricey as we spent approximately $30 for 4 cups, but it was worth it! Happy Traveling ???? Read more
Best place to get nice delicious shaved ice here in North Las Vegas. I always try to come here everytime that I?m in Las Vegas... as it is just a must have anytime there. Overall I really enjoyed it here and the experience here is always the best with suchgreat service and nice atmosphere. Hands down the best shave ice I have ever had! Everything was flawless and so unique! I guess I will start with the amazing... staff. They were super nice, and my shave ice happened to fall (I dropped it) all over on the table before I even got to takeany pictures of it, and they happily remade mine for free on the spot! Usually places don't always remake it for free, and someplaces aren't too polite about it, but these guys didn't hesitate to remake one! I got the Tigers Blood which consists ofwatermelom, strawberry, and coconut. Not many places actually have Tigers Blood so I was glad to see that they had it. It'sactually really cool that they have SO MANY flavors! I have to say they probably have over 50 different flavors! Most shave iceplaces only have like 10 so there isn't much to choose from, unlike this place, where you will always have no trouble runningout of variety of flavors. The shave ice itself was super delicious! The ice was really fine and flakey, and just melted in yourmouth. They also really pack in the ice, and really fill the cup up to max capacity! One thing though, that I really hate aboutshave ice is that huge puddle of melted ice and sweet sugar at the bottom of the cup. However, my shave ice actually had nomelted ice and syrup at the bottom! Another thing I also don't really like about other shave ice places is that the syrupdoesn't stick to the ice and it just sinks to the bottom and so you don't taste any of the syrup. Again, this place wasabsolutely flawless, and I had Tigers Blood in every single bite. No syrup was wasted at the bottom! I also had a chance to trythe Dreamsicle Bahama Mama Rama with Vanilla Ice Cream! This was amazing as well! It tasted really tropical and you wouldn'texpect ice cream to go well with shave ice, but it actually complimented the orange creamy flavor quite well! We come here almost 2 or 3 times a month. Usually have great service. But they messed up on my order 2 xs. I ordered a large... and they gave me a small. I asked them to remove an item from the snow cone and they didn't. When I told the cashier she rolledher eyes and gave me another one but watery. Read more
