Walked inside because drive thru was super busy. I was not greeted when walking in nor when I got to the counter to order. I... waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were 6 to 8 staff members in the restaurant, one even mentioned that heneeded to get out of the building and not one can say a word to a customer at front counter. I understand that drive thru haspriority I worked fast food before, I was taught that every customer matters. This store has slowly gone down the drain betweenstaff and quality. This will be the last time I attempt to get food at this location! Read more

I was going to ask the MOD why they served a French Dip cold and the au jus cold Arby's has excellent F Fries and Diet Dr.... Pepper but this meal based on quality not worth $12 plus they didn't offer a senior discount Read more

What do I hate more than driving home and my order wasn't complete. Everything was ok except I paid for a large Orange Cream... Shake and didn't get it. At least they gave me the straw. To far to drive back and being disabled hard to get in and out of thehouse. I guess there till will be over tonight or someone pocketed the money or drank the shake I paid for. Read more
People working walked right by us3 times and never acknowledged we were even there. Finally after hearing s swear word some... one came through a door and took our order. Then when we tried to pay couldn't access the cash drawer. When someone came andopened i, there was not $ to make the change. After attempting to get $ from somewhere else finally got it done. We wereeating in. Food was delivered in a sack with no napkins etc. The chicken salad sandwich was good. The roast beef was ugly andvery dry. Read more
Edit: I was contacted by corporate will return and order the same item if it is correct I will delete my review. I paid $7 for... a brisket sandwich with 1.5 slices of brisket so you don't have to. No wonder I don't eat here. Read more
I?m so disappointed I really love Arbys Mozzarella sticks. Today I went to Arbus on my lunch break waiting for them to cook me... fries to receive my mozzarella sticks cold and my chicken nuggets.
