It's pretty horrible when you go into a convenience store that's open 24 hours and there's no coffee made in the morning and... than in the late afternoon. The "new" employees that replaced the recent crew are not on top of things. Read more

This store open 11 month ago and at that time I believe that it would be great to have the convenience of this being so close to... my home. Which it was especially being a brand new Store . Now I have to say everything is completely different. Getting out ofmy car the parking lot was actually extremely scary because of the points that were laying on the ground so you have to worryabout being poked if you're wearing sandals, then I went into the store and that was just as disgusting. The shelves & coolerswere empty, there was no ice either. Ok I think it to myself either slurpee or fountain drink will work well got to say therewere no lids, straws, or napkins some of the slurping machines were down the cups were sticky and the counters I was afraid totouch anything because it looks like it hasn't been wiped down or washed in days I can hear my feet sticking to the floor as Iwalked around looking at empty shelves. Even the grill was empty and the little bit that was there look like it was from the daybefore. The club sandwiches & salads I checked out had expired dates on them by three days. I ended up with a candy bar & 3bananas that looks a little old but I could deal with that and picked up a chocolate milk from my roommate boy was he upset whenhe took a sip of that . It was just starting to turn and it was expired also. I probably should have checked when I saw howdisgusting the cooler doors were. I had to use my shirt to open the cooler cuz nothing was wipe down or disinfectant whichshould be taking care especially because there's a pandemic on. It was just obvious that they did not care about their customershealth concerns during this pandemic. Here's another inconvenience no bus passes available or money orders, you can't pay anyof your bills there.. the slot machine still haven't been turned on. Why is it my fault that Olivia the clerk is unable to do her job properly. She blames the store the management, but puts forth... absolutely no effort to correct anything. She is still telling people that there is no change available. There are posted signswith 7-11 pricing and She ignores it. Even when it is pointed out to her. Then wants to say well I just push buttons, it's notmy fault. But makes not a bit of effort to even look in to it. So much so that the lady behind me in line even said the sign isright there and laughed at her. Horrible customer service. Read more

A worker of the name Olivia that works here was beyond rude to me and the gentleman before me. Just horrible customer service... for no reason. She does not need any job where she has to interact with customers. Very horrible and I come to this 7-11 acouple times everyday but not ever again! Read more

Absolute thieves! If the store doesn't have change the then store needs to eat the cost. My purchase was $4.09, i gave them a 10... and got 5 back.
