Not a good place went in on a busy morning and the girl helping me was about to charge me when someone else took over didn't... help me n left. So a 3rd lady comes and charged the person she was helping and doesn't remember the bag she had helped theperson with and isee the person sticking his fingers and nose in my bag . Rude. Racist. I stood there and was ignored for over 5 minutes while the rude man that everyone is mentioning in the comments... acted like he didn't see me. I waited until he was finished packing an order for the Hispanic couple that was there before meand he still didn't acknowledge me. He didn't respond to me when I said hello and at that point I refused to spend my moneythere. I rather travel to a further donut shop than be ignored and it's sad to see that I'm not the only one who experiencedthis. They definitely need new management. Read more

Love their pastrami sandwiches! My kids love their donut selection. They do get pretty busy, so customer service varies... depending what time you go. Read more
Rude. Better customer service was given to the Spanish speaking customers. When the lady took my order she appeared impatient... and I had to force politeness from her by killing her with kindness out of fear that something would be done to my food. Smh sadday in 2020. Their "vampiro" juice is really good totally recommend. I go like at 4:30 am so I'm happy they have a very open schedule
