I feel like Flame Broiler is under rated. Food is so delicious and the service was good.

Worst flame broiler i have ever been too. No music or any sound at all there, its creepy. No restroom. Half the chairs were... still stacked like they arent ready to be open yet. Only 1 employee working. No orders ready for 15 minutes. Did not wash hands after working with money. Should be reported to the... health department immediately. They really deserve zero stars. No person handling money should be handling food as well. FAIL Read more
There was only one employee doing everything. Came in about 530p Thurs evening to see the person in the back sweeping come to... take my order only to see him go back to the stove and start preparing my order. This guy was amazing and after talking to himfor just a few mins I can tell he is a great employee. So the owner who leaves the poor guy doing the tasks of many, you bettergive him raise quick otherwise I'll be returning to give him a better opportunity!!! Read more
It's healthy and decently tasty so my fiancé gets takeout for us here and their - this time I went on a random Saturday... afternoon to check it out for myself . The cashier ADRIANA wasn't friendly OR welcoming . In fact she was rude and apparentlyfound it humorous. It was almost like she was accustomed to "customers" ( I say CUSTOMER because no one was treated as a GUEST) Ordering quickly and getting "out of her face ". Because a first timer like myself asking "what veggies are on the bowl" tookher over the edge . I say it's decently tasting and healthy - but I myself prefer a happy two minutes of ordering and there'splenty of places in the direct area for that with a tastier bowl- it's North Hollywood for crying out loud ! It's not the Flame Broiler I remember from a few years back. The chicken was overcooked, and the sauces were teriyaki or buffalo... in pre-portioned containers, not the pepper-based ones I remember from larger pump dispensers. However, the cashier was friendlyand the portion was generous. Read more
