This is my third time putting in a Uber each order every single time I add sauce to my order to my order and have never got it.... Good customer service and they are not stingy with their sauces like other taco bells
Last time I visit this location for a while. I placed a mobile order for pick up that I got a notification on the app and... through text that it was ready. Order was never called as I was inside the store a few minutes early. The cashier has a shortattention span as I had to give him my name twice. After the app/text notification I noticed the staff just standing around inthe background doing nothing making the cashier do the handling of my order. I didn't get a you're welcome after thanking himeither. On a side note I noticed they were sold out of Mexican Pizza's and had no fried foods available meaning no cantinachicken tacos. I work around staff like this and these are just a bunch of entitled zoomer's who don't want to be there andwish for things in life to be easier. No one smiled, no one interacts with each other. Taco Bell food is always tasty. At this location the employees are very, very friendly and it was exceptionally clean. This is... not a big store, but it feels comfortable and all the clientele seem to be happy with their jobs. I didn't give it five starsbecause I don't think you can give a five-star rating to a company that sells fast food. It just doesn't make sense to me. Read more
It's been a while since I've eaten here, and I mean it's good, but it doesn't seem as good as before. They're prices went up and... quality of food went kinda down. Such a great choice to start off the day with a Baja Blast Freeze from Taco Bell. I had to go to Kohl across the street to... return an Amazon order so I was craving the Midnight Berry Freeze, hoping that this taco bell would have it to start off the newyear. But when I pulled up to the drive thru, I saw the advertisement for the DragonFruit Freeze so that was a indicator thatthey didn't have it. But I had a second choice which was the Baja Blast Freeze. There was only 1 car ahead of me so it only tooklike 3 minutes for me to get my drink and leave. The guy taking my order was polite and had my drink ready when I pulled up tothe window. Their Baja Blast Freeze was amazing, it wasn't too watery and was just a perfect slushi. I hope this location addthe Midnight Berry Freeze soon since this is the closest Taco Bell to my house. Bro. Three times. THREE times I go in one week since announcing the 24 hour change and every single time it's been "sorry we're... only accepting mobile orders right now" and then proceed to not take the mobile orders through the app. Just close your storeand go back to normal hours if you're literally NEVER OPEN WHEN 24 HOUR TACO BELLS MATTER.
