Night of Wednesday 6/31, around 9 pm. Whoever was on duty burnt my chicken and bacon garlic sandwich. I don?t normally leave a... review but that mf was BURNT. As in CRISPY. As in I had to crunch my entire sandwich. The young Mexican girl that made my sandwich was very rude and she seemed unhappy to be working. I said thank you and she just... handed me my food and turned around. Very bad experience. Very bad customer service from the old man that works there. He had no name tag but the oldest man with the... white hair. I was charge for my meal then after they had computer issues but my meal was charged. He called me over to charge meagain but I went into my bank account and I told him the charge went through and I showed him. And he was like no I have tocharge it. I said no I just showed you transaction went through. And he got upset and started screaming so I said I will show uagain it went through, he then continued to scream and another customer told him u were very rude to her and she showed u and hegot upset and started screaming in front of other customers. He then continued to scream and try to charge at me but I hurriedout the door. I will be reporting it. He has a very bad temper and is violent. Please be careful!!! Read more
Never coming back to this Subway in Laurel Canyon! Just had a bad experience with my order. Staff/ workers? like got forced to... work here or they?re just too tired! The stingy with the vegetables, sandwich single wrapped and just in a hurry to finish theorder. Also the kitchen side is not clean! When you get inside, it?s not like you are welcome to the business. I don?t know ifjust unlucky this day to order my good with those two girls. So if you come to this branch, best of luck. Read more
The food was good tasting, clean and well put together. I would rate this place 8.7 on a 1-10 scale. I could rate her higher but... can not because I am not familiar with the dishes. I would recommend this place if it was priced higher so the value is there. Read more
The oven for the sandwiches doesn't work. I had a cold, poorly made sandwich. The worker took his time working slowly, putting... the expired ingredients on, baked it, and put stale vegetables on it. I was charged extra for my food, about $3 extra. When Iwent home to eat it, I got food poisoning. Thanks for making my day! Read more
