Decided to visit this location and employee by the name of Aaron seem to be very un aware of customers entering into the... Starbucks to be served I entered into the Starbucks and this young man instantly walked away and start giggling and laughingwith his other coworkers as if there was no one to be helped I didn't take it personal but customers are always first and righthe seemed to not want to help me. Ordered bakery, cashier did not tell me they didn't have it. I found out after getting tired of waiting for my order. The... cashier told me she didn't charge for the item so I decided to order something else. While I was waiting for that to be ready, Ireviewed the app and she did charge me for it. So I waited a 3rd time for a refund. I'm leaving the bad review because she notonly didn't communicate appropriately but flat out lied. Read more
Friendly staff, but super slow! Waited more than 15 minutes for one drink and they weren?t that busy.
I?m sipping my coffee in the corner and Aaron comes by with a smile and asked if there is anything he can do, am I good, would I... like some water or something.
