This place is very clean and customer service is good but the reason i edited my review its because manager needs to do better,... i asked for McGriddles and Hash Browns 5 min before 12. And they refused to sell it to me because it was already 12 o'clock,that they were no longer going to serve it. First you need to respect times, if it says 12, you make anything possible tosatisfy your clients. Second, customer satisfaction needs to be your priority, specially coming from the manager (a tall guy)who is leading by the example and was the one to refuse to it Even if it is one minute before 12 o'clock, if a customer arrivesto ask for breakfast, you do your best to ensure that that client leaves satisfied. I'm not one to ever complain about any fast food restaurant... but thisss location ALWAYS forgets items.
The problem with this location is the people don't think. Twice, I have ordered two drinks and was given one straw. I went in... today to pickup a takeout order on the mobile app and got two drinks without lids and one straw. Training goals have not beenmet. Read more
The food tastes good at this location but the sweet tea always has a bitter after taste. I don't know if the container they hold... the sweet tea in is moldy that's why it has a bitter taste or if the tea is left over from yesterday's tea and is old, but theyneed to fix this because the point of getting sweet tea is for a sweet flavor not a bitter old tasting tea. The sweet tea is mygo to and most favorite drink at McDonald's, especially for breakfast and the bitter taste ruins it for me. It is very bad! I went to get a breakfast at 440am. When I stopped at the drive thru, the speaker asked," Are you going to use... app. today?" I firmly answered, " No" For the next a few seconds I waited and waited. I was thinking maybe it is not opened. AsI go through the #2 window, I saw that the lights were on and a person was working. I backed up my vechicle, the worker came upto the window but did not open the window. I asked the person several times, "Are you open? The worker looked at me & finallynodding her head up and down. I interpreted this as being opened.The next a few minuates. She stacked up cups & covers. I amthinking maybe it will open in a few minuates. Another worker appeared and stacking more cups.I looked straight at them. No signof opening. It is very important to communicate very clearly to the customers: #1) we are open or close #2) if it is open later& when Not all Macdonals aren't like this one. The one Macdonld in the city of commerce located in Washington Blvd theycommunicate to you very Cleary. When you approach the drive through speakers ???? it tells you that we will be opening in 5minuates or 515am. We are close. Sometime there is a paper posted Stating that the resturant is close. Again I understand if itis closed. Just please communicate very clearly. If it open later say it. Don't give me very ambiguous sign by nodding head upand down & no indication of opening. Terrible service! Did drive thru and once I was ready to pay I noticed they forgot to add items because it seemed to cheap(their... screen wasn't displaying ordrr to verify order was correct) Had to wait extra time to get them added and dropped off to my car.Once I got home I realized they forgot 1 out of the 4 combos I ordered the first time around.
