Ash and his team at Ker and Soos raised the bar of my expectations for authenticity and originality of Armenian food, especially... khashlama. I know that you marinade the turkey for 3 days before broiling it, and I also know that it is not easy to do so...you put so much time, and care, and effort.. no words, thank you for the quality, as always!
