Customer service is good initially, however they have gotten my order wrong numerous time and instead of just being nice about... it and remaking the item, they always seem to have an attitude as if it is my fault they got my order wrong... Also, the portionsizes of the smoothie bowls are significantlyyyyy smaller than other jamba juices. I ordered a bowl that was literally halfwayfull and the lady told me "that's how it's supposed to be". I order the same thing all the time and it has never been that way. it's a rip off Read more
Manager on site 06/28 10:30pm does not know how to do her job . I?ve gone to countless Jamba juices with the fundraiser card I... got from my little brother and she would not enter the discount in to the system kept telling me that I had to go online whenout of the dozen of times I?ve gone to Jamba Juice in Burbank , West Hollywood and here they did not give me any issues all theydid was take the card had someone help them enter the code in and poke a hole. No, this manager would not honor the fundraisercard. Will be leaving a Better Business Bureau review. Read more

Feel like I have FOOD POISONING- If I could rate zero stars I would. First of all I?ve been to a lot of Jamba Juices and order a... medium size & always got it in the plastic Jamba Juice Cup on the Larger side since medium cups are out of stock. Now going tothis location they have skinny paper cups. This upset me so much even after reading their little paper of inconvenience? whywould I want to go there and receive a paper cup after spending like 6 bucks? secondly I didn?t even try the drink since it wasobviously to go & boy was it sour! I order the new coffee drink with coconut since I?m highly allergic to other stuff & it wassour!!!! All night me and my sister had a sharp pain in our stomachs!!!! It Literally made us both SUPER SICK, I feel like Ihave FOOD POISONING from Jamba Juice? We all know Jamba, right? This location is really amazing, though. My son is on the spectrum and I have to go to great lengths... to trick him into nutrition sometimes. Not only is the staff here extremely patient and helpful with my questions, almost allthe staff have offered suggestions to make him enjoy the smoothies he gets. They always tell him to try it in store to make surehe likes them (which he always does) with the promise of making something different if he doesn't like it (which has yet tohappen). They're all really great at this location and very appreciated! Read more
I love this Jamba Juice I got a mango a go go a Made thick. They make it perfect each time and they are super fast. The manager... Heather is super nice and she always makes sure I am taken care of. There is also a cashier that is very helpful and nice withpurple hair. She?s amazing as well. If you ever need a boost take a stop here and they will make sure you get what you need andthat is it perfect. Read more
No. Boo. I was finding joy stopping by this Jamba Juice after work the last month or so and suddenly, now they close at 9pm.... JUST before I'm able to get there. This is one of the things I hate about LA. Things keep closing earlier and earlier. I won'tbe stopping by anymore, apparently. Read more
