As a pregnant woman, I always craved boba time and I became a regular until I wasn't able to use the restroom due to covid? We... are no longer wearing masks yet the restroom is locked and for employees only? I believe staff finds it easier to not haverestrooms accessible. I believe laws arent followed here and more of a preference. When asked, staff was rude about it. It'sterrible. I decided to get my boba elsewhere. Read more

I usually like it's boba times drinks, but the hokaido flavor doesn't taste like anything. I had to ask for my drink to be... remade with more flavor and even then I barley tasted anything. It was better than the first drink but still lacking alot offlavor. The milk teas other than taro and Thai tea need an upgrade. The hokaido drink I got ( butterscotch flavor) tasted likewater and a little bit of a bitter taste. Doesn't remind me of butterscotch at all. I love boba time. But this location is 1 star. I?ve been here maybe 2-3 times, and it?s like they don?t know how to make the... milk Thai tea versus other locations who make it well.
