Shady. This is a shame because I was a somewhat regular customer, but after today I am not giving my business. I am still... waiting for customer support for DoorDash to void my order after 45 minutes of waiting, since you know, HyMart said "just cancelit in DoorDash." It's not that simple. HyMart won't honor app promotions and will ask you to pay full price after you alreadyarrive. If you don't want to comply with the app promotions, then get your business off the delivery apps!! This is a waste oftime and to do that to the customer is not right. I would have been alright with this (it already felt a bit unfair) but afterI waited for my original order to pay full price, they tried charging me extra for another side which I noticed after I checkedthe receipt. You've been doing this business for how long and suddenly you say the register acts funny? Very strange. Again,this left a very poor taste in my mouth and unfortunately I am not going to endorse this business further. There are many goodrestaurants out there that would have handled this situation far better - no matter how busy they were. Moral of the story:don't use delivery apps with them (they won't honor it) and check your receipt carefully. Feels very underhanded to be honestwith you so they can save what, 5 or 10 dollars? I wouldn?t recommend this place. The woman was pushy and wouldn?t even let me speak. She was very loud and when I said I... couldn?t eat bread she laughed at me. I told her I?ll just take the bread off and she said she can?t do that. Yet after Iordered she said she could make it a salad instead. UPDATE: FOOD POISONING WHILE THE REST OF MY FAMILY WAS ABLE TO PICK OUT THE ROTTEN CUCUMBERS, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF EATING THE... CHICKEN. Absolutely awful experience in every way. I go in and get orders for a few people, so only 6 sandwiches, yet it stilltook a half hour. When I finally got the bag she threw it down after being rude the entire time and one of the sandwiches wasmissing. Going back to get the sandwich that I paid for but she didn?t give me, she said that because I didn?t check the bag shedoesn?t have to give me it. After the whole ordeal to get the food in the first place the avocado and cucumber were rotten anddisgusting. A bad customer service experience only to get missing and rotten food is unacceptable for anywhere that people canhope to eat.
