Soda Machines are ALWAYS broke or out of soda. For at Ieast 3 weeks so far. . Management is so lazy.

Food was fresh. I ordered the spicy chicken. It was hot and juicy. Freshly made. The manager and the staff are always nice.

The staff are very courtious and helpful. The building interior decor where you place your order, dinning area and separate... his/her bathrooms are not updated but are very clean and private. Plus for THOSE who need assistance with food, they accept EBT. Lastly, the drive thru is open 24 hrs. Overall, I give a 3.5 stars. Read more

I was a big fan of Carl's Jr. when I first came to California many years ago. Since then the quality has fallen off considerably... with some of their best items discontinued or changed so dramatically that it's hardly worth the effort. This location doesn'tdisappoint - it's as bad as any other and worse than most - but I sometimes stop in here because it's convenient and one of onlya few similar options in the area. There's no drive-thru so we start with a poorly maintained parking lot that frequently haspiles of trash scattered here and there and questionable types hanging out on the fringes. Inside there is always a sour odor -maybe it's old grease that's fallen behind the fryers and nobody cares enough to clean it up. The fact that they always - always- get my order wrong seals this location with a solid one star. I'll call it the Infamous Star. Read more

Adrian who worked the store was incredibly unpolite. At 9:30pm 12/17/18, We went to order with 6 coupons and we were told that... no, we could use three. So I said okay, my husband will use three and I will use three. He said "no." And that was all. I thensaid, umm, yes, that works out. He said one per person (which would have been two coupons, not three...) So I said okay, you canring them up in separate transactions. I have cash so it wouldn't even all go on the same card. Even then, it should work. Wewere the ONLY ones in line. He responded deadpan again with "no." And we argued of how he originally said three and won't allowthree, and how if he made up we could use three instead of one, where is the true number? So I asked to speak to the manager.Manager was no in. So I asked to speak to the on duty manager. He said "no." I demanded to see the on duty manager and he walkedaway. When he finally came back, he told me to get out of the store. I told him "no, I'm a paying customer" and he told me hewould not take my order AT ALL and to get out. Now, there was a person behind me in line and he demanded I leave. I told him Iwon't leave until he takes my order. He told me yet again to leave. I have not done anything wrong at this point besides want toORDER. He refused to take my order or my husband's order and threatened to call the cops, yet when I asked to to please callthem, he still stood deadpan. It was entirely unprofessional, incorrect, and embarrassing. There was no logic to his arbitraryamount of coupons we either were or were not allowed to use, and he never allowed me to speak to any other people. We havepreviously ordered at this location a lot, always with approximately 6 coupons. We understand if there needs to be multipletransactions and thus never customize to be time conscious.
