I love this location! I don't know why I have never reviewed this place but I have been coming here for years and they are... always so friendly and helpful. I came here again tonight and had another wonderful experience. My food was prepared perfectlyto my specifications, the ingredients were fresh, and my subs were tasty! Don?t ever use their app and don?t place a pickup order here. Great if you want to wait in person, but unable to place orders... efficiently online and their phone is disconnected. Placed and order through the app, waited for a confirmation well passed myorder ?pick up time?. Couldn?t call to confirm if my order went through (phone disconnected). When I got there after my pick uptime the assistant/whomever couldn?t tell me if there were any pickups and just pointed to the guy on cashier and told me to askhim. When the cashier rang out the previous person and I asked about my order? he never said hello or talked to me, just noddedand started looking on the machine. He didn?t notice that they had multiple online orders, let alone my own and had to waitaround in store to have my order made I get it?s not a huge deal, but after a long, long work day I just wanted to swing in andget my order and not wait like I would. What?s the point of online ordering otherwise? Still good food, I had a craving for it.But I probably won?t go again. Just bad online/pickup service/customer service, which is a must these days. If you respect your money, never go to this horrible place. Quiznos need to go out of business. Absolute rip off & not worth... your money at all. This location charges $11.50 for a 12 inch veggie sandwich & $7.50 for a 4 inch tuna !! $1.75 for extra 3slices of cheese, like seriously? Bad quality, stale bread & bare minimum veggies as if they were gold platted. No wonderQuiznos are closing one after another. It?s a mindless business model how they steal from customers. **Try Defranko submarinesandwiches for once on the same street. I must say this is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Quiznos has the best combination of sauces and breasts with real meats.... I'm glad this quiznos is still in business and going strong. My girlfriend was craving Quiznos so we had a find the closest Quiznos near my place. The one on Foothill is closed so the next... closest one to my house is the one on Woodley. I first tried to put the order online but when I tried to select a future dateand time, the time selection wasn't allowing me to select a time. So we just head to the place to put in the order in person.It's in the Food 4 Less plaza so its easy to find. There also reserved spots for just Quiznos so that's always a bonus. They doenforce a mask so be aware of that. We were the only guest there so we were able to order right away. My girlfriend got theTurkey Bacon Guacamole 8in Sandwich and chicken noodle soup. She really like her soup and her sub sandwich. The reason I give 2less star is because the old man preparing the order first wore gloves when making the sandwich but then he took it off when hewas bagging up the food and touch the utensils with his bare hands. First of all, why? I ask why because I had a coupon for Bogo sub and he totally denied me from getting the lobster and new... burnt subs. So I said okay let me think about getting something. I go sit down and look at the menu from my phone because myeye sight is poor. As I was looking, I tried to see if the coupon can apply to the two sandwiches I wanted. And what do youknow ? It did. So I ordered from my phone because I didn?t want to start an argument and they were busy making sandwiches. As Iwaiting , he kept looking at me and knew it was me that ordered the two sandwiches. Okay cool. But this is where I get mad. I gohome and there?s little meat in both of the sandwiches. I was so devastated and sad. It was definitely personal to him. Heliterally denied me from coupon. And just because I ordered from the app and used the coupon that you clearly said it doesn?twork, doesn?t mean you have to do that. I hope this place shuts down. Read more
