Ewe. Very soft ice cream. Soft like a milk shake. Ordered chocolate chip mint. Couldn't taste the mint at all. The waffle cone... sucks. They don't offer regular cones. Thre mine out after a few bites. Pretty much threw our money in the trash. Won't goback. Read more

Placed an order online for deliver. They charged were fast to charge me for the order and delivery fee and yet I never got my... order. The girls working there made the order but were clueless to who is supposed to pick it up. No manager on duty. Customerservice line was closed. No refund option online nor with store employees. HAVE NOT YET RECIEVE A COURTESY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM NEITHER REGARDING MY MOST RECENT ORDER. I INCLUDED IN THE EMAIL PICTUREIMAGES OF THE BEFORE AND AFTER OF THE EXPENSIVE CAKE PAID FOR AS AN EMBARRASMENT TO MY FAMILY, ORDERING DAYS AHEAD WITH THECOMMITMENT OF SAME PICTURE ON THE CAKE OF A MICKEY MOUSE RACETRACK VERSUS AT PICK UP PICTURE WAS NO LONGER A RACETRACK AFTERPURCHASING MICKEY MOUSE ORNAMENTS ELSEWHERE INSTEAD OF A RACETRACK IT WAS DECORATED WITH COOKIES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POORIN NORTH HILLS. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND MY FREINDS, LA MICHOACANAS ICE CREAM PARLOR NOW HAS CAKE ICECREAM AS WELL AND IS CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Read more
We were celebrating some good news today, so I wanted to treat the family to some ice cream. I placed an order ahead of time at... about 2:40pm and scheduled it to be picked up at 5:45pm. I ordered a quart of ice cream with some mix-ins. When I got there, Iwas asked if I was ready and helped promptly. I told them I was picking up an order of ice cream and told them my name. Therewas a small compact - what I assume is a freezer - right behind the counter. The representative opened it and pulled out a bagwith my name on it and handed it to me. When I got home and opened the container, the ice cream was completely liquid. I knowit wasn't the commute, because I literally live like 2 minutes away from this location. What a disappointment. I told my familyto wait a few hours and maybe it would be frozen enough for us to eat right before going to bed. 3 hours later, I pulled it outof the freezer and it had at least become semi-frozen. Good enough I guess. I put it into bowls and told everyone to eat reallyquickly because it was quickly becoming liquid again. We found a few marshmallows in the ice cream. Not good, becausemarshmallows have an ingredient that is against our religion. Another disappointment. Honestly, their ice cream is really good.That's why they charge exorbitant prices I guess. But this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. In the future, I willnever order ahead of time. They need to get a real freezer for people placing orders. They are an ice cream parlor after all. Read more
As soon as I came in no worker was in sight. Both workers were in the back and the one who served me was male. He was texting... with the same gloves he use to attend to my order. Didn't maintain distance with other worker. Lastly the ice cream was prettymuch all melted. Read more
