I stopped in for lunch, and it?s Only because of Lily I?m giving this location five stars. She was sweet, and took the time to... help me, when no one else acknowledged my presence at the counter. Sure, I get that there?s a drive through, and you get alittle busy, but three people, dressed all in black, walked past me for about 3 minutes without so much as a nod, a smile, or aquick ?Someone will be right with you.? When you walk in, it?s almost like they don?t want you there. Very dry, monotone personalities here. I have been here a few... times and none of the employees are ever smiling. They rush you as you?re ordering. The very last time I went to this location Ihave gotten sick off of the food. I got the plant based orange chicken plate and was very sick afterwards. I ordered anotherplate for my father and he asked for orange chicken and teriyaki. There were 3 pieces of orange chicken and 4 teriyaki on theplate with no teriyaki sauce. This used to be my favorite restaurant but after all of these disappointments and now gettingsick, I won?t be back at all. STAFF DO NOT WEAR GLOVES OR MASKS. Biggest rip off ever. Full bowl of chow mein and not even half a serving of string bean chicken.
Horrible service for online order. I had to wait 17 min after my order was supposed to be ready. I even got a text saying it was... ready. I appreciate the free small soda, but seriously, your staff dealt with the 12+ walk in orders ( some who got there afterme) before getting my order. Why do you offer online??? Read more
Horrible experience. Workers are focused on chatting and hanging out. Totally ignoring customers. We waited for them to finish... chatting before they would take our orders. Not only us but other customers as well. Food was terrible...was hard like it hadbeen sitting all day. Went to the soda fountain and tried to fill my cup with diet Coke and it wasn't working. So I went to thecounter and waived to the group of girls sitting around talking with one another at the drive thru window and I waived to gettheir attention and they proceeded to chat as they looked right at us and ignored us. The restaurant didn't have a single cleantable to sit down to eat at and everyone's priority seemed to be to socialize with one another. I will never go here again and Isuggest you do the same. Quality got a lot worse over the years, staff not too friendly, rice was burnt, food looked dark and reheated, $12 meal is going... to trash. Used to be a good place to eat with fresh food, not anymore, time to avoid. Read more
I got a bowl with broccoli beef and chow mein. Well, actually I got a bowl of broccoli and chow mein, and a few tiny pieces of... beef. I took out the broccoli to find the beef and as you see in the pic, there's a tiny bit of beef, definitely NOT how it'ssupposed to be! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible location! Read more
