I waited 40 minutes for my order to find out it was the incorrect order! I asked for hot sauce, spoons, and forks but received... none. I order Mac n cheese and received Cole slaw instead! I order legs and thighs but received a mix pack. Very disappointingwith the quality and the service. I highly recommend people to avoid this KFC at all cost. This location is consistently the worst operating fast food place I?ve ever experienced. Don?t even bother trying to come to... this place after 6pm because the night crew refuses to make anymore food after that time and starts cleaning out the fryershours before the place even closes. I don?t know whether the manager is off after a certain time or is complacent but it?sridiculous. I pulled up over an hour before they?re due to close and the first thing they say is all they have is 4 wings andthey?re cleaning the fryers so it?ll be over 40 minutes wait for anything else that needs to be fried (hello! It?s kFRIEDc) -aka an excuse not to make more food and leave work right at closing instead of cleaning the kitchen AFTER CLOSING like everyother decent establishment. Read more

I put a mobile order in waited a little then headed over.... now I was early so waiting wasn't going to bother me. What bothered... me was being lied to like to my face ..... he looked me right in the eyes & said "We didn't get your order so if you could pullto the front we'll bring it out to you" if you didn't get my order why are you telling me to pull to the front & not asking WHATI ordered? I wouldn't have even been mad I you said we haven't made it yet or whatever but to say you didn't get it & lie thatsjust ridiculous. Read more
Gave me the wrong meal through the drive through, I went back through and they took the order from me and handed it directly to... the right customer which just seemed really unsanitary since I had opened the food and then noticed it wasn't even mine. I gotno apology about getting the wrong order... All one employee said was thanks for bringing this back so we did not have to remakeit as the other employee walked over to give it to the right person. Read more
Wow. So I got popcorn chicken and some tenders. Tenders were okay. But the popcorn chicken came in a chicken-sandwich box. And... it was cold and very few and definitely not up to par with their popcorn chicken I had before. And who, "runs out of ice"? Itwas around lunchtime.
