Not bad, but not the cheapest fast food. Clean establishment. Service is good. The "Big Carl' is essentially what a double... whopper with cheese is supposed to taste like. Fries are disappointing. I ordered my food it drive-thru it was read back to me correctly when I got up to the window to pay it was the general manager... helping me. She asked me if I'd like ketchup for my French fries and I said yes and everybody was polite and courteous. I pulledaway to start eating my hamburger and it was completely wrong with the things I asked to be removed still there and the thingsthat I wanted not on it. I had no ketchup for my French fries and they were cold. Good thing I didn't get on the freeway beforeI noticed this but I shouldn't have to turn around and go back and go in the store to get my order correct. General managertried to help me in the store but every time I told her what I wanted she repeated it wrong. Then the other girl tried to handme my sandwich would not give me my French fries back. This is what happens when you use a coupon at this location and after they make you wait because "they make fresh" and if you... think because the sauce is gone I took the "3rd" one off. Look at closely and see that its just not enough sauce with themissing ingredients.. Read more
