This place seems to mess up something about our order almost every time. They're also constantly raising their prices and don't... have an accurate menu posted anywhere that I could find. Today, a large two topping pizza was over $17, and we only ended upwith one topping on it. After giving them more than enough chances, I'll never order another pizza here. The one topping pizzawe got for our $17 was very poor quality as well, so even if it had been what we ordered it was still sub par. They alsofrequently hang up the first time you call to order, which is frustrating. The first few times it was good,now the last 2orders have been wrong and not large enough to mess up. Wanted sub not toasted,... they toasted. Wanted Hamburg mushroom pizza,got sausage and mushroom. First and foremost this location is using the old menu from Lakeview pizza, that's a huge fail. 2nd the onion rings arrive in... plastic and aluminum foil making them gross and soggy , the pizza was under cooked and the meat tasted as if it was turning . This was quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten in Worcester county. They used really awful cheese that is completely... Frozen, not a great start. The sauce they use is absolutely terrible it has zero flavor. I honestly don't know how this placecan stay open I can't imagine someone ever repeating an order here. My family is visiting so Brother In Law and I went there and got 4 items (small tuna grinder, cheeseburger, chicken cordon bleu... wrap and The Buffalo). I admit I was pretty hungry so I tore The Buffalo up. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. Mysister is picky and if she had no complaints I consider that a thumbs up. Owner very nice. Normally I am very happy with this restaurant and their service. Tonight I am very dissatisfied. I placed an online order for... delivery just before 7:30pm, a simple order of a Thanksgiving panini and a kids spaghetti and meatballs. After an hour, Icalled to see where it was and was told it had already left the building. I live 7 mins from this restaurant and after callingto check the status, it was yet another half hour before the guy finally showed up, with my cold food and a badattitude. Immediately I picked up the phone to call the restaurant and several attempts later, no answer. Extremelydisappointed with the service tonight and will be calling back tomorrow to speak to someone. Had the delivery guy been at leastsomewhat apologetic I'd have been more understanding. Very disappointed. Read more
Called in an order 25 minutes in advance. Arrived on time to be told that they never received the call. When we placed the... order for the second time, they realized that we actually had called and that the original order got "stuck" in the printer. Noapologies made. We waited in the parking lot, as it took 25-30 minutes for them to make the pizzas (no offer of free delivery,or any mea culpa item, despite their error). We checked them, before we took them home, thankfully. For one of the pizzas, wehad requested ricotta instead of feta - no ricotta was discernible, but they claimed it was there in addition to the feta thatwas requested to be removed. This same pizza was supposed to come with zucchini, which they were out of, so they subbed withcucumber- yes, you read that right, they thought hot cucumber was a reasonable pizza topping/substitution. Lastly, if you listeggplant as a topping, have the decency to indicate that you bread and fry it so that those who take their vegetables seriouslywould know to avoid it.
