I used to be a huge Wendy's fan. I've been to hundreds of locations (business/travel). I have to say, this is the absolute worst... Wendy's I've ever been to. Orders always take over thirty minutes to receive, they're never accurate, and management has zeroclue how to solve any issues. Don't bother submitting a complaint, they don't respond. You have to see the incompetence tobelieve it. Go inside, and watch eight employees slowly make one sandwich. It's mind-boggling how poorly trained the staff is. Iabsolutely blame management/training. We all know Wendy's quality and service has declined over the years, but this locationhas sealed the deal for me. Just left Wendy's ordered a large baconator meal and a classic chicken sandwich. The fries and bacon adore were great. But found... out as I was pulling all my food out at the house they forgot my classic chicken sandwich which cost over 5$ on its own. Ithought they checked the bags before giving them to you but I guess not. From now on I'll look and make sure it's all theresince they can't seem to do quality checks themselves. Read more
I pulled up through the drive-thru and was the only person in line. I only ordered three items two bags of ice and an iced... coffee but yet I sat at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting on my stuff. The lady working did not seem to know what she wasdoing they had nothing by the window and she had to go get everything from the back. Go to another Wendy's. Read more
Worst Wendy's EVER!!!! Waited 43min for our food... food was burnt and cold... bread was hard, fries were dry and hard to... chew....asked for a diet root beer and got Lord knows WHAT! There were more than 6 employees all standing around like they wherein outerspace... The place was filthy and yet no one thought to clean up. Lady behind the counter told a new cashier not to takeanymore orders because they were backed up... the only people waiting were myself and two friends.. . Unbelievable! We were not in a hurry or anything however we had to wait a long time for someone to take our order then we waited a long time... to get our food now it was right at lunch time so the drive-thru was pretty busy we were inside. Food was good. I had asouthwestern salad which was very good and my daughter had a bacon cheeseburger which they forgot the bacon. Read more
My fiancee is deaf so ordering online is essential. We ordered, we paid and he left to pick it up. He gets there and is told... there was no order for him. So he comes home with nothing. So I called and spoke with Stephanie, who identified herself as themanager. She said she would make the order herself and comp it for his trouble. He goes back and is in a line that goes all theway around the building twice! He looks a his bank app and finds we were charged twice! Not only that, we did not get what weordered. We ordered a large chili and got a small of hardly no meat just sauce and some beans chili. The Dave's dbl he orderedwas a single.
