This evening, soccer practice ran late. Being a school night I needed a grab and go dinner. Kids decided on Taco Bell and this... was the closest location at the time. I typically loathe taco bell bc they are always rushing me and rude (at other locations).At the drive thru the girl was calm and sweet and let me order without an interruption. Got to the window and couldn't find mywallet! I was in a panic bc I didn't want to "be that customer" that had to cancel my order after they worked hard to make it. Ihad $21 cash for a $48 order. The lady at the window gave my kids and I time to look throughout the car. She didn't show anystress for a second on her part being 3 cars are behind me. Not finding my wallet I had to explain the situation and she offeredto stand there and subtract from the order so my kids could at least eat. We got it down to $22 and change and I again wasstressed bc now I had to take something off that was for my kids. She told me without hesitation she would cover the rest! Iabout cried when she said that. She then very nicely said, "it's ok, we all have those days." This night shift is absolutelyamazing and I am so thankful to your hospitality! The workers mess up the orders in the drive through pretty bad. I hope they improve. Food was good though.
Treated boys to Taco Bell. The middle one, I asked if he wanted anything extra said NO and when got home he said he wished he... did. He like next time we go there get something extra. Cause he ordered 3 soft tacos and thought that they were going to be asbig as picture on the screen. Read more

Drive thru, none of my taco supremes had any sour cream on them and the shell tasted plasticky or like it hadn't been cooked. I... returned the tacos and they replaced then however the same disgusting taste of the hardshell was present. I spit it out andthrew it away. The soft tacos were ok and the bean burrito barely had any red sauce on it. Close to the worse Taco Bell I'veever been to food wise. Staff were nice though. Read more

Somehow they managed to put the sauce on the OUTSIDE of my Taco. On top of that, the tacos were upside down in the bag not even... fully wrapped. So I picked them up and everything fell out the taco and back into the bag. Will be going out of my way to visitany taco bell besides this one from now on! Oh, and my potatoes are ice cold and beyond stale, fun times at taco bell. Read more
