Terrible service. Went in to order 2 subs. Multiple people working, and was told atleast 20 minutes due to a large order by... Ashley. Came back 10 minutes later and was told agaib atleast 20 minutes. When you have Multiple people working, you don't haveeveryone work on one order, you have one person work on the large order and one work on other orders. Nicely updated interior. Very clean. Love being able to really customize my sandwich and they never complain. Friendly staff.
Ordered #9 sandwich. Wanted to try THAT sandwich. Expect to be asked which bread, but after that I had to request each item,... except the meat.. I kept looking back at menu board to see what topping was recommended fur THAT sandwich. Didn't understandwhy the young man couldn't make e the sandwich as designed in this new sandwich campaign. So my #9 sandwich wasn't what wasadvertised and wasn't I had hoped for.. Almost, but I wasn't prepared to do all the work. Would have been better if they askedif I wanted "additional" toppings or if I wanted to "substitute" toppings.. I don't think the crew understands that a specificsandwich seen advertised might be exactly what the customer wants. Read more
