Worst restaurant we've ever been to. Lied to by the Manager, twice, the District office lied to us, twice, and the KFC... Headquarters likes to play games and make promises they don't follow, THE WORST HIRING/HR PROCESS I HAVE EVER SEEN. We have nodesire to work there now, much less eat there. Maybe if you hire qualified staff instead of running them off you would havesome business. Your manager needs to lose her job, plain and simple. Read more
Opens at 10:30, but trying to pick up an order and doors were locked at noon. Finally employee got up from a table and unlocked... the door. Very rude the speaker outside wasn't working or the lady just didn't want to speak up. I tried telling her at window she didn't... care at all. We was the only people in drive thru wanted us pull around to the door to bring us the food. I wouldn't go hereagain just based by the employee not being friendly. Not one to typically post reviews but will not be returning to this location ever again. Would rather drive an additional 10-15... mins to the Cape Coral location for better service and food. Went to pick up some dinner for my family as it was a lazy Sundayevening. Got to the drive thru and employee was very rude who took my order. Mind you I try to give people the benefit of doubtand still be nice because maybe they?re having a bad day. They were out of Mac n cheese and after paying was told to drivearound front and park by the front door to wait for my food. I had politely asked for condiments in which the employee at thewindow looked at me, rolled her eyes and said she?ll put it in the bag. I thanked her and drove around. Another employee cameout to bring my food and I checked the bag there was no condiments and the corn was extremely dried up and burnt. I parked andwalked inside and said excuse me to the employee who brought my food out and politely asked if I could substitute the corn forfries instead because the corn was very dry (not even a drop of liquid) He went to the manager who just so happened to be theemployee at the window working the drive through and he asked her and she said ?ugh just give it to her!? I thanked him and lefthome. Once I got home to serve plates I opened the bucket of chicken and all the breading on the chicken was falling off andsuper mushy. My mash potatoes had no gravy. Literally the only good thing I can say we ate was the fries because they werefresh. Maybe they were understaffed, maybe they were having a bad day but for almost $50 worth of food I was better off buyingsomething else or making something easy for dinner that night. Read more
NEVER AGAIN! Don?t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning!!! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and... was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn?t do anything or intervene to help me. She juststood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don?t want to fix my food youdon?t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn?t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that?swhy I spoke letting him know hey don?t make it if you're going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that theyhave to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! Infront of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don?twant to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, sodisgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at likeyour some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You?ll be on the toilet for years! You?re welcome and godbless! During the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, the staff did a great job. They reopened quickly and it really helped since there were... not many places open. It was nice to have a home style dinner after working to clean up the damage all day. Read more
