Bert and Scott run a fabulous local bar called Jersey's Sports Cafe in Ft. Myers FL. I pop in everytime I am in the area. They... survived Hurricaine IAN. Yesterday was my first time ever at Jersey?s, and I can tell ya, I will probably be back before the week is over. The owner Burt... is a great owner and manager, helping out his fellow restaurants with supplies during the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. The staffwere all very nice, helpful and fast. I had two margaritas that were perfect for only $7 a pop! If you have to wait they havewaiting area in both outside and A/C. I didn?t get to try food yet but I?ll be back soon. I just moved to the area and needed a place to watch the football game today. I looked on Google for a Steelers place and found... this. They have a STEELERS room and I had the best time. The food was good and the prices were good. The staff was very friendlyand the owner was very nice. I will definitely go back to watch games there and when my family comes to visit from Pittsburghduring football season I will have a place to go. Read more

My girlfriend and I are new to the area and frequent a couple other places that are close to home. I happened to be driving by... one day and noticed Jerseys was tucked in a little strip mall type setup. I didn?t really know what kind of place it was but Iwanted a beer. Decided to go in and check the place out. I was instantly greeted by a hostess. She welcomed me and sent me in adirection I wanted to go in and I sat down. Had a couple beers and was very impressed by ?Jerseys? approach to running theirbusiness. It?s clean, everyone working there is friendly and the owner(s) are usually around. They too make their rounds to makeeveryone feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a game or just a low key drink. I have also learned since, that their foodand prices are spot on too. I have been to Jersey's many times over the last few years and experience has deteriorated each time. The best current draws for... this establishment are the number of high-def TVs and the attractiveness/attentiveness of the servers. The last two times Ihave ate from here (1 dine-in and 1 order through DoorDash), my food has been absolutely burnt. The first was a white pizzaordered through DoorDash which was inedible and completely burnt. The entire pizza and all the cheese was burnt and disgustingand I had to get a refund from DoorDash because I threw the pizza away due to the poor quality of food. Today, I dined in towatch a football game. The food I ordered while sitting was good enough to not elicit a complaint. However, I ordered potatoskins to go and apparently made the mistake of not checking the order before I left. When I got home, once again, the potatoskins were burnt to a crisp. The potato casings were black and the cheese and bacon were dark brown from over-cooking. Theseinstances I have mentioned should be UNACCEPTABLE from a food-service quality point. The atmosphere is alright and the TVoptions are good, but as a RESTAURANT, the food I have been recently served should be absolutely unacceptable to be plated orserved to anyone. Comfortable as a solo female. Bar tender was not welcoming or friendly. She did offer to put on the game I wanted to watch for... where ever I was sitting but a smile never crossed her face. My server was OK but I waited a little to long for a refill. At onepoint there were no servers or bartender available. A pregnant server passed my table twice but appeared to be wearing blinkersas she missed my empty glass and me trying to get her attention. I had to go to the bar for the check, at which point the bartender walked to the kitchen door, hailed the server, grabbed her drink and walked right past me again without anyacknowledgment whatsoever.
