i recently moved to the area and this has become my new dunkin. everyone is so nice especially the girl with black hair im... pretty sure her name is nicole. anytime i go in she always has a smile on her face even if it looks like the environment isgetting stressful. she?s a great employee and i love coming to dunkin when she?s working because she makes my experience great.thank you for always being so kind! :) also, my dog loves the toy and thank you for brightening my day by telling me about yourdog too! Always out of essential things. like allowing people to sit in the drive thru to find out you don?t have hot coffee lids or... last time you didn?t have cups. Waiting in the drive thru lane is Horrible enough with the amount of time these people take butto find out on the regular that you waited for nothing because of no cups or no lids ect. No signs posted no one telling youanything till your stuck in the line and have to wait it out. I come here often due to the convenience and location. The front counter girls are usually sweethearts but unfortunately the... girl who is always making the food never has her hair properly put up. On top of the fact that her hair is extremely long and Ihave found hairs in my food many of times. It's sad that I can't feel comfortable to get food at Dunkin and only coffee anddonuts because there is a always a risk of getting hair in your food. I have also brought this up to set employee before andbeen scoffed at and she still did nothing. As a food service worker I understand the requirements and rules and only wish shewould as well. My husband and I stopped here on our way to Ft. Myers Beach. We walked in behind 2 girls. They stood there for a few minutes... before starting to say "hello" by leaning over the counter to try and get someone's attention. Finally a couple young guys cameout, the 1 had his headphones on, no wonder he didn't know someone was in there. The girls got their order and then we weregoing to get coffee and a donut. But imagine that a DONUT shop had NO DONUTS at 1:30 in the afternoon (they were open until 6 or7pm on Saturday). We were informed that they sold out of all their donuts that morning and I guess as a donut shop, once you runput, you don't make more? I have never heard of this before. Very slow, line of 15ppl, almost out the door. Staff was rude and no attentive, behind on there job were out of a lot of popular... items, it took 10min. for 1 coffee and 3 glazed,,but wait no glazed ????????no glazed doughnuts at a doughnut shop WTH.. thatbeing said there is handicap spaces available right by the front door there is indoor dining available masks are not requiredthere is no divider they don't care how close you get in line that's about all I got to say won't be back.
