Their frozen Coke machine has been broken for the last ten years. I figured they might just delete the frozen drinks from the... menu, but they haven't, so that is a little annoying. One night I went to the drive thru around 9 pm to order food, the storehours said they were open, but no one answered to take my order, so I went to Arby's instead. Mysterious. Read more

I've never been a big person on fast food but this Burger King really has some good food. I went there for breakfast and had... some good breakfast sandwiches for less than $10. A lot of employees to handle great customer service at a fast food chain. Read more

Nice burger king. When we visited it was clean inside and so were their restrooms. The food was good and fresh but it still is... fast food so you got to be realistic with the food your'e buying and not expect a gourmet dish. The employee's were nice and theservice was quick. Read more

The actual in-store purchasing process is fine, I had no issue there. However, if you need something delivered, or God forbid... something is missing/needs replaced because of damage - then you're in BIG trouble. These people never answer the phones, andtheir website conveniently does not work. I have done the 45 min - 1.5 hr wait times on the phones 5 times - and that was justto get my item delivered properly. Now when I call to get items sent that were missing/damaged I get "All circuits are busy"every single time I call. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now. So I tried to email via the website - they have anice section to fill out your information and submit your needs but THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON anywhere on the website. The onlyway I could submit was through the non-United States side of the website (no chance this customer service team can figure outthat my order is from the US). Not even sure what to do at this point, and will never have anything delivered from them again Read more
