Went for an early dinner, there was 1 waitress to cover whole outside area which was full which caused after we got our drinks... one of which wasnt as asked for and we had to take it to the bar to get fixed, then quite a wait for our meal order to be taken. Had to ask 3 times for screen to be put down as sun was in our face and blinding. Blind was put down then straight back up,hubby went and spoke to a manager inside about it who came out and asked barmaid why screen isnt down, to start with she lied toher and told manager something must be stuck in the track then when manager said she will try it barmaid says well actually idont want it down cause then sun shines behind one area of the bar....basically too bad that paying customers were veryuncomfortable. Then meal comes out and hubbys steak is undercooked, that was straw that broke the camels back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a server who was training, shoutout to her for doing her best. But for the server who was... helping her, there was 0 communication to help her out. The bartender served our drink completely wrong, & continued to talkrudely about our table, as we sat right there. I was standing waiting for my check and the hostess came by to sweep andpractically swept my feet. When my boyfriend is and I went, we decided to sit outside after we ordered and have a drink while we waited on our food to go.... I ordered the house steak ???????? garlic mash potatoes ???????? ands the veggie. Sirloin was cooked a little more well than Iwould normally eat but it was very good otherwise. My boyfriend ordered the burger. his meat was cooked a little more than heliked. But it was really good. It had great flavor. It came with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The girl who took our order wasvery pleasant and very willing to go out of her way for you. After we ordered we went on the patio and had a drink, it was donein about 20 min. We come here all the time and was always 5 stars. Last night..... A horrible experience. The waitress??? I'm gonna be nice by... just saying she was aweful. 2 of the entree's we're great. My wife ordered the chicken tender dinner and the tenders were ROCKHARD, WAY OVER COOKED, AND DRY BEYOND REPAIR. I... stopped in again recently, and My server was Devon, She was awesome, prompt, and friendly service as always. I decided to try afew new dished this time. Early dinner rush was pretty loud and crowded but we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table for 2. Server was... rushed and not very personable. It took longer to get our iced tea than it took us to be seated. We ordered from the 2 for $20menu (really 2 for $29). My hubby ordered the Bourbon St Steak...it was hot and juicy and cooked to order. I ordered the babyback ribs with french fries and steamed veggie. The meat came off the bone easily enough but was fairly dry. I forgot to orderthem with the honey bbq sauce and she didnt ask my preference so I ended up with the Texas Spicy. Not my favorite but my faultfor forgetting. The fries were just luke warm and way over salted. When hubby asked for a refill on his iced tea, she came byand dropped 2 to go cups of iced tea on our table and said she would be back with the check (keep in mind our entrees had notarrived yet) Our food arrives with no steak knives)and hubby had another server bring him iced tea in a regular glass. He alsohad to ask another server for steak sauce. Our server doesnt stop to see if we are ok until we had finished eating and asked ifwe wanted dessert. I know we came at a busy time but I still expect hot fresh food and a little bit of service. We kind ofexpect to see a smile and at least 1 stop at the table to see if we need anything real quick.
