I've take my family to this location plenty of times and I've never seen so many games not working! It was moderately busy. But,... when I asked the woman employee dressed is a fuzzy pumpkin sweater about one she completely ignored me, and rolled her eyes. Mykids love chuck e cheese! Just wish it had a better atmosphere! I only say 3 stars because of 3 things. Prices for food outrageous, you can't pause time out to eat and the prizes for ticket... amounts... C'mon....160 tickets and he got a lollipop. But it was clean and all games were operational. Read more

My family has been coming here for 9 years and I think it has been the same manager the whole time. He is extremely friendly and... kind and seems to actually enjoy his job. Corporate Chuck's has made changes over the years both good and bad, but forindividual locations this one is really great because the people who work there are so nice. I will say that we don't order foodbecause it is so expensive for what you get. It is actually more cost effective to book a birthday party than to just buy foodfor a family of 5. Read more
