Stopped in to celebrate our anniversary in Sept after the place we wanted to go was closed. It?s definitely more of a bar than a... restaurant but The food was surprisingly delicious home cooked quality. Hubs is still talking about one of the best chicken parmsandwiches he?s ever had, and my chicken pot pie was excellent. No special drink menu though just a bar that can make ?whateveryou want? lol and the drink I did have was very VERY strong with little flavor other than alcohol which was the onlydisappointment. Will be back for the food! Read more

Absolutly great food snd well portioned. Bit on the pricey side but worth every bite. Drinks were very well made too. Not over... powered or lacking alcohol. Their bartender truly cared about quality but more important for the bar she did not over pour.Thst is a hard bartender to find. Atmosphere was meh. But it was a sunday night and no tourists about at 930 Read more

The Steak Tips were cooked on a grill and full of flavor. They were cooked the way I like.. Broccoli had garlic and oil, very... tasty and the mashed potatoes were real potatoes! Good selections to choose from the menu. The waitress was friendly but wasvery busy.. definitely get here early as it's small and fills up quickly. Read more

Wow! I was impressed with the staff here. The place was packed and our service handled it like a champ despite being the only... one on the floor. Plus, an obnoxious bachelorette party came in and she didn't miss a beat. Impressed. I'm taking off one starbecause the food, typical bar food, was good but not great, which could have been due to being slammed! Read more

When first looking over Hooligans profile on Google Maps, it looked like the only local place open til 11:00 on a Sunday. It is... not only a "local place open til 11:00 on a Sunday," it is more! It still remembers it's local roots, with an aesthetic thatreminds me of many pubs, but has a slight hint of the fancy. Aesthetics aside, the food was tasty. The Chef's Salad caught myattention because of the artichoke hearts, and my friend's Shepherds Pie turned out to be gluten-free. The menu, though, didn'thave any particular labelling designating any food allergies. However, that did not stop the bartender from checking with thekitchen, which was kind. It is my intention to order the Shepherds Pie on my next visit there! Also, they do sell Red Bridge, the Bud lite of gluten-free beers. Awesome! Though I do not know if anyone ordered one before, but they were still in thecooler, waiting to be dusted off and consumed. Parking was not a problem. Busier days might have you walking a bit farther. Itis important to note that Hooligans is where other food service workers go after work, so you know it's kind of a coolplace. No score on sustainability or Covid precautions. The bartender was also very knowledgeable about the community, as oneof the members of our group wanted to volunteer some hours at a local organization. It turns out there are a lot of places tomake a difference! Read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in on our way back to RI. Sounded fun and the menu seemed yummy for an early lunch. I had a bloody... mary and the surf and turf burger. Yummy! The onion rings are delicious. Everything is fresh and made to order. My garden saladtasted like the veggies were just picked from a garden! Super casual spot with high quality food! Read more

My husband went to Hooligans to try their lobster roll which was delicious! We had fried lobster for appetizers and a lobster... roll each, i had pasta salad which i would not recommend and he had fries which was delicious, it reminded me of fries that mygrandma made for me back home in Trinidad. The both dishes had pickles which we loved too. The waitress was very nice, the placeis a mixture of country and western America, really nice and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and well kept. I would definitelyrecommend this place to my friends and family and ill definitely come again. Read more
