This Marks has the best pizza/customer service I have ever experienced. There's a young tall Italian looking dude who runs the... place and he's the Michael Jordan of management. As I write this review he's running out of the front of the store to update meon the time left until my order is ready. They don't make managers like this guy anymore. This is the 3rd time I?ve order pizza with my wings well well done extra crispy and yet again I?ve received my wings undercooked... next to raw saggy skin very upset !!!! Will not be ordering from here again! Read more

Ordered a pizza tonight with 3 sides of bleu cheese. Pizza toppings were incorrect and there was no bleu cheese. We called and... Marks agreed to remake our order. Two hours later we called to ask where our food was and they forgot about it. They finallybrought our pizza but forgot the bleu cheese again. Don?t order delivery from this location. Read more
Open the box and my jaw dropped. Since when did the Buffalo chicken look like this?! Chicken fingers, different flavor, not... shredded chicken, and not thick pizza either. Half a bite and threw the rest out unfortunately. There was a time where Marks hadone of the Best Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizzas in Rochester. The deep dish with sweet sauce is very nice. It is a bit to pricey though. Its $20 for med if you got the mini pepperonis.... Should be more like 10-12. But for a splurge once in a while its ok. They got me in with the free coupon and I've been back 2xsonce, so I guess it worked! Read more
