The food was good but service a little slow
Fast n easy order on the app for pick up. Food was great too and that pineapple mango lemonade drink was refreshing.

It's a Wendy's except they're not too fresh and usually mess up orders. Plus the drive thru mic is quiet. It's still good though
Ordered a 10 piece nugget at 10 am. Got down the street and realized it wasn't fresh...how is that? I only got a 6 piece... then... we ordered a breakfast sandwich with cheese... no cheese. If you guys put some one in the drive thru window, make sure they know about the app or how to use it. I went yesterday to order... small Chile and small fries with my Wendy's points, so wen he scanned my phone it took my points for both small Chile and fries.And he was still charging 3 dollars wen I clearly showed points were taken off so basically wen you use points for food u don'thave to pay if anything I was suppose to get charged only for the cheese that went in the Chile. He looked frustrated but how isit my fault u DNT know how to use an app??? U work here. So today I'll see ur manager to make sure u get taught some new thingsabout ur job. (North Chicago) Read more
