I love Popeyes Chicken. I have been to this location 4 times. They got my order correct only once. Today I ordered and paid for... a 5 piece meal with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I was going crazy smelling that chicken on my 15 min drive home. Once again they gotthe order wrong. I got a 2 piece meal. Off I go back to get it corrected. I got no apology AND to top it off when I got backhome THEY FORGOT THE BISCUITS! The really sad thing is I think I was dealing with the manager/owner? He was the only one instreet cloths. I actually cant wrap my head around how incompetent this location is. I made it as easy as possible by mobile ordering and they... couldn?t even get that right. They messed up the food on the order, made me wait in store for 35 min, after my order was placed45 min before I even showed up. Then they had the nerve to refuse me sauce unless I payed for it, when it was literally includedin my order on the receipt that I already payed for. Staff was rude, and there were cars illegally parked in the one way whichyou could not get around unless you went back on the main street. Literally everything they could have done wrong they weredoing, all with a rude attitude to top it off. A mobile order pickup like this would have taken 2 minutes at McDonalds. I wouldgive 0 stars if I could. Horrible service every time I visit this location, but especially horrendous today. Read more
