Just received my food from Door Dash, I was super greedy and opened my box as soon it hit the counter. You can probably say it... may dried out on the way to my house, but tell when have ever seen Original KFC dry out in about a 45 minute drive, NEVER. Tosay I so disappointed is a understatement, the chicken was cooked this morning dry. I didn?t even receive the correct side thatI had ordered. We went through the drive through and the person taking our order was either fried or a child it was hard to tell, which makes... it even more sad. Nothing was ready and the person gave us the option to come inside and look at the menu when we were alreadylooking at the menu outside in the drove through. It's crazzzyyyy that this place is still open due to the fact that everyone inthe transaction is confused. Whether it be a costumer or an employee. We laughed gave up and left. We rather wait in line atpopeyes across the way cause at least there we will get some food. This KFC sign outside the restaurant said "fried" for thelongest time and i can see it meant the employees and not the food. ???? Read more
Food was okay but the the drive through service was very slow. 1230 on a weekday and only a few cars. Don't know what it was... like inside. Was shocked to learn that they had no fries. Read more
This location couldn?t care less about a person?s dietary needs. I am pretty limited in what I can eat and requested just two... pieces of chicken. I can?t eat the combo sides. They said it was not possible to order just two pieces of chicken. It makesabsolutely no sense. On the KFC website menu it lists a la carte items including individual pieces of chicken. I have made 139contributions to Google reviews. Now this one is 140. 138 of those reviews are 4 or 5 stars. This is the 2nd time I have given aone star review. Really horrible experience, it was our first time here, we ordered a 10 piece feast. We were given 8 pieces of chicken, no... cookies, and when we tried to replace sides, the employee only allowed us to change 1 of them. When we got to the front and paidwe asked the employee for 3 types of sauces and in the middle of my husband saying the first one, the employee shut the windowin his face. She gave us the wrong sauce, and then after my husband tried to repeat hisself, she again shut the window andproceeded to hand us only one of the sauces we asked for. Read more
I gave this restaurant 2 stars because the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant is superb, however every single... time I come to this KFC their hot wings aren?t fresh. There are times I don?t get the opportunity to eat lunch during workinghours so after a long work day all I want is a hot, fresh meal to satisfy my palate. These wings taste better when hot,therefore I highly recommend cooking these wings to order if they aren?t a fast moving item. Extremely disappointed with thequality of the food I ordered. Read more
Very nasty food, and I was not given an original receipt. The potatoes looked brown and old and was not given gravy but was... given old dried gravy sitting on top of potatoes. It was terrible. Chicken taste old and the only decent thing was the Coleslaw. Customer service was rude and I'm very dissatisfied. Went back and got one thing of new potatoes (very watery) and gravybut that's it. Did not get chicken replaced, and was told I could only get crispy chicken with the $20 fill up? I wantedoriginal chicken and potatoes wedges in replacement of one of the mashed potatoes but was refused. Read more
The manager had the nerve to say that I was holding up the drive-thru when they messed up my order completely and charged me the... wrong price. I had to ask for the receipt to realize they charged me the wrong price. When they gave me my food I realized itwas the wrong order because it was way too heavy and they messed up on my order again smh. Read more
