My first time here and I thought the food was great!! I had the turkey burger w sweet potato fries! No complaints there :) Our... waitress was very nice and it was busy too. Ordered food for a large event I have every year. This is the first time we had catered food for this event, and have to say... everything was great. Staff was great at addressing my concerns with food options for different diets. (Gluten free etc). Myguests raved about the food. We will definitely be using the establishment again next year. Our youngest will be getting married a few weeks from now in a small ceremony. She and her fiance wanted to celebrate the... upcoming event with extended family and friends. One of their favorite local places is the Establishment so my wife and I(mostly my wife...) set about to arrange a gathering for about 50 people. Dawn was our contact for arrangements, though allstaff we spoke with were very helpful. Dawn was completely flexible to our needs. They have two function rooms - we chose theTuscan which has a strong Mill building vibe. Though they have several packages to choose from at different price points, Dawnhad no problem pricing specific dishes for 50+ people so we were able to include the couple's favorite dishes as well as glutenfree options (the gluten free pasta primavera was indistinguishable from regular pasta and quite tasty). On the big day webrought in decorations, a digital slide show and music. Their screen and speakers were easily connected and the staff was veryaccommodating of our early arrival for setup. Steve and Hanna were assigned to our function for service - they are so friendlyand professional! Bottom line, our kids couldn't have been happier. The day was exactly what they had hoped for. The food anddrink were enjoyed by all. Everything went off without a hitch. We found out after the fact that in addition to our function,there was as an event in the other function room plus a group of fifty showed up in the dining room with 10 minutes notice. I really like the atmosphere.. the food got to us very quickly. The chicken tenders are phenomenal.. but I had a grilled chicken... sandwich with blue cheese on it that I had to spit half of it out on a napkin because it was too chewy and not very tender.. andno I'm not a senior citizen..my teeth are great.. I thought it was okay to good as far as the food went.. I was there the sameexact day a year ago for my girlfriend's birthday which it was today and thought it would be nice to go there again for herbirthday.. actually it didn't have the feel it had a year ago.. it didn't feel as welcoming.. I know I'll be back because theplace is really cool and the food wasn't terrible.. just a little bit disappointed today.. A group of 7 of us went in Last night 3/25/22. Our server Greg immediately greeted us and welcomed us in for the first time and... gave us a bunch of recommendations. Everything he recommended was excellent, our group had a great time, service was excellent,and the food was very good. Greg recommended the steak tips and 4 out of 7 people ordered them. Everyone was very pleased. Thencame the dessert, the fried dough bites and fried ice cream were amazing. We will be back for sure! Read more
This was ok. Big venue. Lots of seating. Friendly service. Food was typical bar food, nothing spectacular.
Grabbed an early (4 pm ) dinner with my wife on Saturday. The place was packed. They where still able to seat us right away. We... chose to sit outside on the small deck over the little river. Plenty of waitstaff . Our server Julia was excellent. Right onthe spot with drinks and our food came out quickly. Good portion, fresh and hot. Everyone is complaining about inflation andhigh prices , couldn?t tell by this restaurant. People are still eating out in droves. I would highly recommend theEstablishment and Julia is terrific!
