Absolutley awful. I ordered off from the website 40 minutes early, got there about 10 minutes early, just told be told they... didn't have my order and to drive around or go inside. So I drove up and was then told that they did get it but that it wasn'tready (which was totally fine), and was then told to park. So I did. And waited. And waited. Finally I was fed up and went backthrough the drive through to be told "Oh! Sorry! He was supposed to bring that out.". I asked if it had been sitting long or ifit would be cold and was told it would be fine as it hadn't been long. So I drove 7 minutes home. It was nice and cold. So Icalled. The manager on duty, though polite, did nothing but say sorry and that I could call back tomorrow morning when the GMwere in to talk to him because he was unsure of what else could be done. So unless you want to go through the drive through andwait a hot minute, using the website is useless and apparently so is the guy that's supposed to bring the food out. They had mynumber and could have also called. But I guess playing around is more important. Thank you guys for making sure my son's foodwas nice and cold upon bringing it home. Came to the Rivers Ave location and the employee rung up my order wrong, and instead of the manager correcting the issue right... then and there she got belligerent and started yelling from the back and told me it was my fault her employee didn?t hear mecorrectly. When I asked for a refund the manager yelled out and said make sure you get that food back too. The entire staff needto be retrained on customer service especially the manager that worked on 10/27/22 that evening. Read more

Just left here my food was cold, fries old plus to top it off I got my child a kids chickens strip meal there?s no chicken... strips In the box. I been stop coming here months ago because the food was always cold. This was one of my favorite zaxbys tocome to but after this last experience I will not be returning. The cooks was pleasant and prepared the meal accordingly. The food was fresh and tasty. Although for extra fries added on to... your order , it is the same amount of fries you get with a regular meal. One of the associate at the time said it was 8 ouncesand they have to measure it out. Of course you have to measure it, but when its the same amount as a regular meal then somethingis definitely wrong. At least the sandwich was made fresh and right. Read more

The staff is ALWAYS rude. I find it funny that they don?t check their drink dispensers because the large diet coke I ordered... tastes like watered down chemicals. So not only did i get charged for a large diet chemical I don?t have any beverage to eatwith my lunch, thanks. Read more

went through the drive through and got a very rude worker, got boneless wings and things ×2 and they messed it up even after we... had said something. our "bonless wings" were super small chicken nuggets that were a bite or less with 4 or 5. we got celerythat was squishy and rubbery along with a zaxbys sauce that had a gash in the top. all together the worst zaxbys i have everbeen to.
