Food is good, but if you want your order done right do not order at the speaker. It is a must to go inside and order at the... counter. No extra tomatoes and no sauce as requested. Ask for a grilled sandwich but paid for a salad. I shall not return as mytime and money was already wasted at your establishment. Let me start off by saying that it is very rare that I would write a negative review on any platform. I ordered 2 chicken finger... plates. The coleslaw was only filled 1/4 of the way and tasted spoiled and the fries were cold and soggy. Also I was charged for2 extra condiments which I did not receive. We have always enjoyed Zaxbys but after paying over $23 for this meal we will not beeating there again. Read more

Food is good when you get the correct order. But dont think ordering and paying for the extra sauces means your getting them... cause you dont. And if u order through doordash they will change ur order if they dont have what u want without notification ofany kind. As of 3 minutes ago I have been waiting 25 minutes for my food here at the Dorchester location. Absolutely appalled and saddened... at how bad of a service this has transformed to since I worked at a Zaxbys and even helped to manage one. Absolutely horribleservice. Cold food and a lack of apology to top it all off?.? Instead the manager on duty decided to argue w me claiming he madeit a LONG time ago. Wow guys.
