Terrible service 1,000%! I went to the drive thru and no service at all, over 6 min waiting in silence. I went around to the... window and an employee was at the window doing nothing with a headset and the other one on her cellphone. I asked him why no onesaid anything and his answer was "we're busy"???? Didn't look like it to me. Never going to this stupid Wendy's on Universityagain!! Read more

Wendy's had a line around the building for drive through, so I went inside to order. They seemed under staffed, but what's new!... The lady at the counter was nice and funny! I spent $40 on 4 meals. They did leaves some toppings off my potato ????. Everything was tasty and hot. Read more

Second time tried to pick up doordash orders, lobby closed b4 10pm no lights on outside building workers with no hat on girls... with long hair not pulled up. Lady was rude as hell didn't even introduce herself just walked out and said our system down. Shewas wearing pink sweatshirt no uniform. She had been sitting inside at a table on her phone for the 10mins we waiting in a linethat was wrapped completely around building. Looking thru door you could see employees food and drinks sitting on lobby counter.Management or owner seriously needs to make a surprise visit to this location. Will never be back and will advise other to avoidthis location completely. Read more

It took forever for the food to be ready for me to take the food to be delivered..after I delivered the food, I discovered from... the customer that they only got half of their food that they ordered. I asked several times to make sure all items were in thebag before taking it to deliver. The server assured me everything was there. I don't like being lied too. Read more

They sold me some uncooked chicken. Didn?t see it until I had already taken multiple bites. I never leave bad reviews or really... any reviews in general but this isn?t right and there?s no other way to get in contact with them because if you call they don?tanswer, the mailbox is full and there?s no email on their website. go at 7:30 pm and out of chili? That is unacceptable. That is what you do! Drive through only, still. Wait 20 minutes only to... find "we are out for the day" . The only reason I was there. I cooked for years back in the day. 86 is a thing but not a stapledish. If running a special, sure. That is a local management issue. Read more

The internet was down yet the manager of this location handled the situation more professionally then I could?ve ever imagined.... She juggled between inside guest as well as drive through patrons (and the lines filled quickly once every restaurant /store inthe area closed down from lack of internet which seemed to fuel this young lady even more taking cash only orders using pen andpaper and rounding off order cost to make curtain her till was covered with adequate tax deduction and impeccable service. Iliterally wanted to start a tip jar right then and there for the crew at this Wendy?s location on this Friday evening. Ifrequent Wendy?s near my home often and with everything going on with the lack of technology and the outpouring of extra hungrypatrons this Wendy?s served me with a flawless dinner order , food was hot , drinks and fries were perfect faster than any otherWendy?s location I have ever been to on any typical evening with all the resources Wendy?s has in place for a seem less visitoperating at 100% Good Job to these guys !!!!
