Don't even bother trying to show up in the morning. They will either tell you that they are not taking orders, or will have the... door locked. 2/4 mornings this week I tried swinging by, it was like this. I am extremely unhappy with my service tonight! Whoever the lady is that was taking orders was one of the absolute worst people... ive dealt with! I was told i had to wait 15 minutes before I could place my order, which was fine but there was no reason to berude about it. Then finally when it was time for her to take my order she sat down at the bar area and yelled out the servicewindow "what do you want?" I didn't think it would get any worse than that but after only ordering 2 waffles I didn't get myorder until 2 other customers got theirs and I was the first to place my order!!! And they also got waffles! Absolutely theworst experience I've ever had! She needs to get another job of she doesn't like working with the public!!! Read more
I got food from here this past Sat night and had the best service. It was around 12:30am Sat night/ Sun morning and the guys... working had excellent customer service with great food. I ordered the All Star breakfast and everything was cooked toperfection. I requested mustard and ketchup only. I was rewarded with only mustard and ketchup in the bag. Perfect execution. Itipped as I ordered. Take care of all restaurant workers with good tips. I only stated my order onetime and they got it perfect.Thanks guys! Read more

My mom, my 2 kids and I went here for breakfast yesterday (4/3) and they were packed. (Kinda expected on a Sun).we saw a dirty... table and gladly sat at it to hold our spot. The waitress was very busy to clean the table..but we told her to give us a clothand we'll clean the table so she doesn't have to, especially with a rush. After things died down, she came got our drinks andorders and with minutes our food came. I don't think I've ever gotten fast service at any waffle house. We all had waffles andthere was only 1 waffle that wasn't hard. We didn't get any refills and our waitress didn't come to our table until after wewere done. Other than that, it was okay. Read more
