Terrible service at night since no real management is working?very rude .. only place I know make your food in front of you and... it still be cold ..my food was so cold minutes from walking out the door with the wrong order I didn?t want to turn around orget my money back ..this will not be a place where I spend my hard earned money ..food looks disgusting ?.I would never eat here..unless they change the mentality of the people working here ?smh ?how I order foood fresh ..get the food pull off looking inmy bag grab the wrong order of food because it wasn?t what I ordered and still get it cold ..the place didn?t even havecustomers?grits cold and still ??????????? Don?t get me wrong, I usually love the occasional Waffle House all star breakfast but this visit was definitely not worth my... time or money. They were kind of busy so I understand taking a few minutes bringing out my drink but the sweet tea had a veryweird taste. It just didn?t sit right on my taste buds so I asked for a coke instead. Now on to the food? the sausage came firstand they didn?t look thoroughly cooked and they were borderline cold. When the food came about 10 minutes later, the eggs werescrambled but the cheese looked like it was just thrown on top of the overly scrambled eggs. Unfortunately the whole meal washorrible. I would like to say it was super busy when we came in. There was a guy taking to go orders and there was probably about 4 to go... orders taken before we were even helped. Marcus was a guy working his butt off. We were ignored by several people working andMarcus made sure we were helped. After someone else wouldnt help us, he decided to take our order himself. Promote Marcus atyour earliest chance, he cares about the people walking through your door. The cook was on his phone the entire time. I have never had my food turn out this nasty! My bacon and toast was burnt. The cook... cannot multitask at all! The other customers were not happy either. Something needs to be done! Read more

One of the nastiest Waffle Houses I have ever been in. One other customer when I arrived. Young man told me he'd be with me in a... minute and continued to sweep behind counter. Really? He took my order and never came to the table again. The pleasant cook gaveme my food and another lady refilled my drink after I called out to her. I go to North Rhett quite often. I almost didn't stayto eat but I was having a tire put on across the street and was on foot. My table wasn't clean and the food prep area looked badas well. Read more
Stopped here after a work related meeting. Hadn't had a full meal all day up until then. I got the steak and eggs with hash... browns and it hit the spot. Everything was great and everyone was friendly. Real good experience! Read more
