This is one of the must horrible customer service I have in a very long time no need to be nasty and rude just because ... you are frustrated and want to go home be respectful and professional it. Only blonde waitress In Restaurant. Walks up to table open mouth smacking gum as if she couldn't be bothered. Zero manners. I... could of looked past that but then I immediately noticed a well over 3inch by 1inch huge spot among other small ones of whatlooked like a staff infection on her right arm just above the wrist. Unbelievable that she is allowed to just have gaping nastycuts wide open like that and serve food. Seriously disturbing. I canceled order and left. Didn't make a stink about it butthat's bizarre. I think its crazy that you cant call and speak with some one, in reference to your order. You order on line and it does not... allow to to make certain specifics with you order online. I got my sandwich , got to work and the sandwich was wrong. I'm morethat certain that if I had taken it back they would have corrected it. I was unable to call be cause you cant speak to anyonewhen you call. I was unable to take it back because I didn't have time to go there and wait for them to redo my order. The prices are nuts. The service is horrible. No one who works here is happy. My sausage n eggs was good $9. My friend ordered... an omelette without hot peppers, she was given an omelette with jalapenos $14. Blonde waitress walked out without ever asking usif we were happy, or wanted more coffee. Read more
When I walked in the restaurant, it smelled clean like someone cares! I had a perfectly cooked meal this morning! The staff is... friendly and we were all singing to the music on the jukebox. Was a whole vibe. It's my favorite location to eat. Thank you forthe great food and service! Read more
I never expect to be pampered at Waffle House, but I do expect cleanliness; not just here, but at all restaurants. I sat at the... counter to order and eat and I was literally the only person in there for most of my meal. I started looking around and beganwatching the cook. He wore the same pair of gloves the entire time I was in there despite his occasional cleaning (I use thatterm loosely) and cooking. I couldn?t begin to tell you the last time the cook and prep area was cleaned. Caked up grease underthe cooktop area, the cooking surface was blackened with grease build up around the edges. The pans being used weren?t anybetter. And when he removed the waffle from the iron, yep, he used his gloved hand. I did not realize any of this as I beganputting the food in my mouth. I didn?t realize it until I was halfway through my meal. So I gave a 2 star rating because,despite all of that, the food did taste good up until that moment of realization. So far, no food poisoning. I went there once and ordered grits with cheese and the grits tasted half cooked. I decided to go there again and give them the... benefit of doubt because I thought maybe it was the cook. The second time was months later and the grits were still half cookedand I had absolutely no butter on my toast! Never going back! Read more
Staff was very entertaining. Food was cooked wrong had to redo. Second time food was great. The restaurant is very busy and loud... but happy atmosphere. Read more
