I understand that it was a Saturday morning at 11:30 but when me, my wife and kids went in to eat we weren?t even acknowledged.... There were several dirty tables and the staff was just standing around talking. There was another 2 people that had been therewhen we got there and they hadn?t been spoke to either. Servers looked at us but never said a word. Me and the other group ofpeople both walked out without having ever been spoken to. Worst customer service ever. Read more

Can't call in to place a order must do it online. Second when you do call to make changes to your order it's a automatic ... recording. You can't order details for the cook like I order a extra chicken breast and didn't have the option to add it to myhashbrowns.the chicken breast wasn't cooked enough. Order blueberry waffle didn't have option for extra blueberries,my wafflehad 4 blueberries in it.hashbrowns was horrible and no onions in them.and left tip???? Read more
This was a solid breakfast move. Waffles and bacon came out nice and hot, coffee was good and I left sleepy and full.
We had the absolutely best experience at Waffle House. We came in at 6am on NYE and was greeted by the happiest, most genuine... woman I've ever met in my life. I sincerely regret not being able to remember her name. She knew everyone, sang to all of thesongs, was kind and sweet to her coworkers. She is a gift to her community and Waffle House. Read more
Great breakfast great service fast service friendly place to eat clean place to eat even had jokes about hat day. The cook was... professional. We were visiting here from Charlotte North Carolina we stop here on our way back home. And the next time we visitCharleston we will definitely stop here for breakfast. I love this Waffle House. I walked in with my friend and immediately felt welcome. The really put the home in Waffle House. I... got seated by mrs.C. I absolutely loved her. Her service is astounding. Both me and my friend have eating disorders. We nevertold her that, but she made it seem like eating was so much fun. She really encouraged us without even knowing she wasencouraging us. I have wanted to go back every day since I first went last year. She is the mascot of that Waffle House locationand has made me a loyal customer. Read more
