If you eat here, please have patience with the staff. This place was BUSY and they were able to knock out to-go orders and serve... seated customers quickly. The staff is super friendly and even had us laughing. They didn't miss a beat. The food was hot and myorder was correct. The waitresses were helpful with the cooks. Read more
Absolute trash! I have tried to eat here at least 10 times because it's so close to my house and 10 of 10 times have resulted in... a garbage experience....look I know what I getting into..its Waffle House however...they claim to be 24 hours but lock theirdoors whenever they feel like it....it could be 2 am or 5 am and they could honestly care less....went at 11 am and decidedthey didnt want to clear tables si they just put chairs to block off an area...its ridiculous! I've never seen a restaurantoperate this way in my life but yet we still keep trying to be server by this location....there could be more employees thanpeople and the staff still cannot function...its just so unbelievably stupid!!! Worst place to eat at in the evening. The staff are rude, the manager act has if he is afraid of the staff by allowing them to... disrespect the customers. They get your order wrong and then blame you for their actions.They argue with the customers. WAFFLEHOUSE PLEASE STOP HIRING UNQUALIFIED, UNCARING PEOPLE TO RUN YOUR PLACE. Walked in and there were no tables clean, all had food and dirty plates . There was only one table with people at it and one to... go person waiting. We were standing there for 15 min and no one helped or even acknowledged we were there. So we left , this wasthe 2nd Waffle House out of 3 on Dorchester Rd that we tried to go to that evening.
