Honestly, this will be the last time i go there. Everytime i do, the people in there litterally mean mug me like i just... completely ruined their day that they have to take my order. And this time they messed it up when i clearly selected my side asjalapeño corn and payed extra for it of course and there was a bag of chips in there instead. The place was litterally not busyat all. No one was in there when i walked in except for a worker sitting at a table and of course mean mugged me when i made eyecontact. I?m a usually customer of this store every morning I get my shakes , the smoothies were always on point, but since they change... personal this mood is been horrible! The wraps are made the wrong way and it?s not the first time this happens because Iunderstand everybody makes a mistake once or twice but this is the third time with the new personnel is pretty horrible! Placed an curbside order, selected arrived, waited for a good while but no one bought the order out. Went in to pick it up, it?s... sitting on the counter. No customer service at all . No greeting, a customer was waiting in front of me. She had to ask ifanyone was working to take orders. The young lady stated they were busy making orders, which is understandable but when you workwith customer a little courtesy of I?ll be right with you would be nice. The customer walked out. I am here multiple times a week, because this place is amazing! They balance their smoothies so perfectly, and they're very... consistent. I have a few favorites, but I've tried a lot of their menu and so far, haven't had a smoothie I didn't like. Theirfood is always good as well, and the staff are always friendly and work quickly. I actually went past the Dorchester location to go to Rivers ???? The obviously do not have cameras with the music they were... playing. Smoking right in the front doorway. They are great if you are picking up. However, don?t order from them on Door Dash or Uber Eats. I have stupidly done so three... times, and all three times they made the wrong salad or sandwich. Every time. Read more

Called To order no answer. Ordered via app for curbside pickup. Got to store, parked curbside, marked I?m here on app. No one... shows up for 10 minutes. Called the store. No answer. Rang until phone hung up. Went inside, of 4 employees, no one greeted me.Not even the one who was stocking cups and saw me waiting. I had to ask for someone to please give me the order I already paidfor and wanted to pick up curbside. I asked 2 employees what the phone number for the store is. I wanted to make sure I calledthe right number. Neither of them knew. Why don?t your employees know store number? One told me to check Google. Finally onegot their cell phone and verified the number for me. I told them I called that number twice no answer. Why can?t I get mycurbside order or get anyone to answer phone?
