I have been coming here for 8 years for happy hour on Thursdays with my colleagues and have had nothing but great experiences.... Yesterday evening, the rudest, coldest, snippy bartender I?ve ever encountered made me feel like I never want to step back intothis establishment. Trash bar. Pretentious bartenders. Will never go there again. Tons of better bars in park circle. Avoid this one.
Welp I was just charged $28 for the smallest shots of green tea. I did order 2/4 but I watched the bartender only use one shot... of jamo and one shot of peach schnapps. I bartend and know what a 4 count is. If I had received a better shot it wouldn't havebeen an issue... But no where in the world is a shot of jamo $14 or peach schnapps for $14. Disappointed ?? The Mill is a staple of Park Circle nightlife. Outstanding staff, and a generous selection of beverages await behind the bar.... Low (but not to low) ceilings compliment their eclectic and well-curated selection of live local and traveling musical acts.Need a breather or some space? Out back is a deck and outdoor seating. Chalk up the cue, and shoot some pool if you needadditional distraction. A local favorite for as long as I can remember. Read more
Let me start by saying I?m a dive bar guy through and through. Because usually you go on one and feel welcomed and have kick... back and relax. The staff here was incredibly unfriendly and rude. Absolutely will not go back. Read more
Another Park Circle favorite. This place was named after the old Garco mill where my mom worked for 30 yrs. And it's still there... but much better! Friendly atmosphere, nice outside courtyard, friendly and attentive bartenders. Read more
